Reverend Kittim Silva Bermúdez

B.A., M.P.S., D.HUM., D.D.

Reverend Kittim Silva is a product of the Teen Challenge Ministry of Puerto Rico, where he entered and graduated from the Teen Challenge Training Center in Pennsylvania (1971). He graduated from the Teriama Health School as a Medical Laboratory Technician (1973). He also studied at the International Bible Institute, Inc. in New York City, where he received a diploma in Bible and Theology (1974). He received a Certificate in Christian Ministry from the New York Theological Seminary (1976). He later received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the College of New Rochelle with a concentration in Humanities (1980). He subsequently obtained a Master of Professional Studies (M.P.S.) from the New York Theological Seminary with a concentration in Ministry (1982). The National Evangelical University (UNEV) of the Dominican Republic awarded him the title of “Honorary Professor of Theology” (1994), and “Honorary Doctor of Humanities” (1998). The Latin University of Theology (LUT) in California awarded him an Honorary Doctorate in Divinity (2001).

For twenty-eight years, he has served as Bishop of the International Council of Pentecostal Churches of Jesus Christ, Inc. (C.IN.I.PE.JE.). He is the co-founder of Christian Vision International Radio (RVCI), where he held the position of President (1994-2001), and he has served on the Board of Directors for many years. Since 2010 to the present, he has been the Vice President of RVCI.

Since 1998, he has been the vice president and co-founder of the Latin Coalition of Christian Ministers and Leaders (CO.N.LA.MI.C.). He was the founder and first moderator of the Fellowship of Council Leaders (CON.LI.CO.). He has ministered on five continents and in forty countries. He is the co-founder and director of the International Ministerial Clinic (CLI.M.I. and the founder of the Christian University of Human Development (C.U.O.H.DE.) and host of the television and radio program Retorno.
