Delmer Wiebe Willms was born in Philadelphia. He is currently a professor of Greek and New Testament in the Theology faculty at UEP (CEMTA). He holds a Master from STH Basel, where he pursues doctoral studies. He is married to Andrea, and together they have two daughters, Annina and Angela.
