Biography
Alberto Roldan of Argentine nationality is recognized as one of the leading thinkers and theologians in Latin America today. With a broad and international academic formation, he has an outstanding scholarly background: Ph.D. in Theology from the Instituto Universitario ISEDET, Buenos Aires, December 2006; M.A. in Social Sciences and Humanities (political philosophy) from the Universidad Nacional de Quilmes, 2009; M.A. in Education from the Universidad del Salvador, Buenos Aires. 2013.
He also has dedicated himself to teaching at various institutions such as: Instituto Bíblico, Buenos Aires (IBBA; PRODOLA (Latin American Doctoral Program; South American Seminary (Semisud, Quito, Ecuador; Postgraduate Supervisor at South African Theological Seminary; and as an adjunct professor at Lee University (Cleveland, Tennessee, USA) among others.
He is an author of an extensive bibliography of books and the current director of the magazine Teología y cultura (www.teologos.com.ar). In merit of his recognized affiliation to the academic community, we highlight his membership of the Society of Biblical Literature and the reference council of AETAL (Association of Theological Schools of Latin America), with headquarters in Sao Paulo, (Brazil), among others.
