Xabier Pikaza Ibarrondo, a religious member of the religious «Order of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Mercy», was born in the Basque Country (Orozko, Bizkaia, 1941). He is a professor in the Pontifical University of Salamanca, Spain, where he teaches «History of Religions» and «Theodicy». He attained a Bachelor’s degree in Holy Scripture, and is now a Doctor in Philosophy and Theology. Contributor to several theological and cultural magazines. He has taught in different universities, both in Europe and in the American Continent.
